Have you ever stopped to think about your beliefs? A belief is an idea or principle that we hold to be valid, true and useful. Sometimes, there isn't even any logical or supporting evidence for those beliefs. But very few of us ever stop to question the validity and relevance of those beliefs, as we navigate through life.

What if you were to do a quality control check on all your existing beliefs about yourself?
What DO you believe?
Where do your beliefs come from?
How old were you when you first believed them?

What are the benefits of holding onto those beliefs?
Which beliefs are keeping you stuck?
How do you get rid of them?
What is stopping you from adopting one or more new beliefs?
How do you strengthen these new beliefs?
I encourage you to take a few minutes to follow through on the above very worthwhile exercise. It could turn out to be one of the best investments you have ever made in yourself...

What if we were to lay some new foundations?
